The front head is a post-'63 replacement head for '56-'62 models.
The rear appears to be a '56-'62.
Without blasting, and measuring valve stem protrusions, inspection is difficult.
Is that a damaged headbolt hole?
Are the intake lips deeply corroded, or just chipped maybe?
The most grave concern is that valve guides have been removed without thorough cleaning of the carbon in the ports.
This often causes 'tracks' up the bore in the head that then allow oil (and perhaps even air) to travel into the port. The critical heat tranfer from guide to head is also compromised.
Often the resizing of the hole adds enough error to require the seat to be sunk significantly to return to concentricity. Since most Pans have already been cut many times, this tragedy often pushes a head core into the seat-replacement-pile, although there otherwise would still be life in the bronze.

Everything Cotten said is correct.That being said I will buy almost any pan cylinder head that looks repairable if its cheap enough.If you took a brass brush and cleaned those off some it would be a lot easier to determine their condition.If the owner is asking top dollar I wouldnt bother as they obviously need some work.
