I read in Palmers that the neutral light should be green 62-67. But I have yet to see one on ebay or anywhere else that isn't blue. Did HD go blue at some point or are they just all repos?

Green (see photo). It could be they fade to blue over time when exposed to sunlight. Certainly the 59-61 lenses tended to do that (see photo comparing an NOS lens I have with an installed old original). However, with the 59->61 being made with faceted glass, construction is completely different so you may not be able to draw a conclusion based on what the earlier neutral lens did ...
