Re: I like this buddy-seat
The red, blue, and brown Super-Glides are shovels. I guessin the pic was snapped in the late 70's or early 80's. I once mounted a H-D solo seat the same way by shit cannin the pogo set-up, and modifying the T-bar and welding it to the top of the frame and boltin the seat to it. If you use a side fill oil bag and a mag you're in business....bosheff

Yes sir, I misidentifed the generator cases. Then I tried to delete my foolish post but couldn't. So I then had no choice but to sit back and wait for my beating...Cotten wrote:I see no shovelheads. ....CottenBigincher wrote:Naa..... looks to me like a shovel/pan.....

Re: I like this buddy-seat
Oh Heck....
I just looked at the sidehack rig, saw the '51-'53 tank emblems, swingarm frame, and the smooth cam cover and foolishly jumped to the obviously rediculous conclusion that someone pieced something together withough even realizing it's a '65 that someone wanted to use a hand-shift on, and so probably just mounted up the tanks with the hand shift. Pure speculation of course, but a better guess than the first thing that fell out of mouth..!
Sorry..
Carry on...
