This how I got the last fifty sets out. I got to assume that you’re talking about a Glide top triple tree with the bushings pressed into it. Take the triple tree and turn it upside down in a drill press. Use a deep hole saw and drill out the rubber until the core comes free. Now put the tree in a vice. Take a hack saw and take the blade out. Put the though the bushing and reassemble the hack saw. Take your time and score the outer sleeve and then just knock out the outer sleeve from the top of the tree with a screwdriver and hammer. For the 59 and down risers, I do the hole saw thing and then score them with a hacksaw blade in a jab saw body. Once I score them I use a blind bushing puller to extract the outer sleeve.
