handlebar grips and internals

hello everyone. can someone tell me what size grips and internals i need to run these bars? the sleeve is 1" diameter X 3 and 3/8 long with a 1/2 long step and then the pressed outer ring. i also plan on running the advance on the left side. i know they made glide grips and internals and then the earlier style. i looked in the v-twin and kick start catalog but couldnt really tell what i needed. thanks.
