Pressing the originals out is not difficult, with a proper drift from above, and proper support below. Or even inverted.
Beware, however, of aftermarket replacements that are impossibly large, requiring to be lathe cut down to a press-fit.

thxs the rubber came right out its the sleve that rubber attaches to is the hard one to get out i used a drimel tool sliced it in half and taped it out with a punch
