Re: SEAT POST BUSHING
To take the bushings out, I just take a sharp screwdriver and tap it between the bushing and the tube wall until I get behind the bushing. It is very flimsy and can simply be bent in and crushed until it will pull up and out. No reason to be gentle with it. A socket of the right diameter will work to drive the new ones back in, or driver tool purpose made.

Re: SEAT POST BUSHING
no reason to take it out just tap it further down ensuring you do not block the grease nipple on later models I have found it better to use one similar dimmensions and make it fit as the replica ones can be a loose fit and a tighter one gives less sideplay and a better application I have used one with the same o/d and a smaller inside diameter and used a hone to ensure a tight fit.Any napa should assist
