Buddy Seat Cover wear and waterproof plastic/vinyl

I'm looking for a replacement seat cover for my breaked down buddy seat. It's a standard type buddy seat with a wear and waterproof plastic covering (described on page 457 Palmer's Book).

Does anybody know where I can get this cover stuff to recover my buddy seat? Michael from WCCL doesn't have...

Are you looking for the 53-59 "waterproof plastic" buddy seat?
Ask Heilman and Worshamcastle, if they don't know the answer is "not available".
We are starting to hear everyone in Europe is broke except for the Swiss and Germans.
