Hi, I did some research on the Pepper Red paint used in some Pan years and mailed the DuPont factory about this; according to the answer I received this paint color got a new formula code in July 1998 (no. 3357 in the DuPont Centari 600 range) and my further research told me it' s now in professional paintshops known as DuPont Red Orange no. AM 53. I will use this paint for the sheetmetal on my 1955 FL when it's rebuild, maybe another forum member can use this paint info as well so I'd like to share it with you all. Greetings,
