chrome oil tanks

Hi can any one tell me witch years had Chrome oil tanks as standard items.Cheers

I dont think any pan had a chrome oil tank OEM.

I believe that '63 and '64 models had the chrome oil tank as part of the "King of the Highway" trim group. The standard tank was black. No other year ever had a chrome tank option.

Thanks Robbie.I had never seen one of those and didnt know about it.Actually I probably have and assumed someone had chromed the tank. :)

chrome oil tank, bad idea. Chrome keeps heat in. cole
