hey all,
new here, i'm in the process of restoring my 56 flh. wondering if anyone has a template or stencil to duplicate the swish on the side of the gas tanks, i'm tring to find the original champion yellow to go with the black. any help would be greatly appreciated.i have since found a pair of original fender since the pic was taken. i'll include a couple of pics, don't know if they with take i'm having a hard time posting this.

Hi, ironbutt. i have a 56 flh as as well, and would like to see the pics.

i have had the most success just uploading the pictures as attachments, although there is a size restriction. you might need to fiddle with the pictures a bit to get them small enough for the forum to accept.

You should be able to get Champion Yellow from Antique Supply in Michigan.

I had a picture blown up to full size and my painter used that. See the earlier post about 56s to see the result.
