Birch White paint

#1

Post by mogman »

Does anyone know of a reasonable source for Birch white paint? I checked with a source mentioned on this site and they want $100,00 a pint and that is for Base/clear! more for single stage. Not real bad until one realizes the 58 has a reverse paint job and the primary color for the fenders is white, it would take a least a quart of Birch white!!

you could call a local auto body paint house to mix some up for you.

i got the paint formula for pepper red out of the back of plamer's "how to restore your harley davidson". i imagine birch white is in there too.

one quart will paint your whole bike with plenty left over.

Have you tried your local H-D dealer? They used to be able to order quarts of paint.
