'62 tank paint details

I have searched and found some info and leads but I need more...... I am painting a '62 FLH Blk/Wht but can't find a layout template but sure I can mask this out given some details.
Obviously I want to be as close to factory layout as possible. I have attached a marked-up pic (pic I found on this site,thx) showing areas in question.
First I need the thickness of the black space between the wing portion and the bottom stripe. Second I need the thickness of the stripe below the space.
As I don't have an original to measure I'm hoping someone here might have this info.
I have spoken to Colowrite / John P, but he doesn't have this template available. Any information will be greatly appreciated.

Am I asking a stupid question here? Somebody must have some ideas.
I'll keep waiting, still got 2-3' snow yet.

The black stripe is 1/4 inch and the white one is 5/16 inch on my original paint 62 tanks.
