65eglide!

We assume the inner primary is dis-assembled, an upon the bench?

And we wish to replace the bearing and seal?

First I would pry or cut out the seal and discard it.

Then I would apply gentle heat, such as a heatlamp, hot air gun, or low propane torch to the casting around the bearing.

Please observe for any goobers that boil out from around it.

I then would explore, by attempting to tap the bearing out with an appropriate "puck", be it a large socket, or whatever.

If it resists, more observation is in order!

Please avoid hydraulic presses.

Let us know how it goes,...

The factory tool used to pull the hub, the inner primary, and the bearing is the same one, with different arrangements of bolts.
