fender trim

I bought this trim from J&P the spears don't match the tip, anyone know which tip these spears match, thanks Whitey

In V-Twin it shows your fender tip looks like a 1949-58 and the rails look like 1957 and later. I think you need 1949-56 rails. V-Twin number 50-0954

I have seen these parts before.
The tip is correct for a 50 pan, the 50 spears are flat so they tuck inside the fender tip.
The triangular spears are used on a newer pan, I don't know which years.

Whity I have those spears on my 58 fender & tip. As 50Panhead said you need the Flat rail to fit nicely under the tip.---Richie
