Tank Shift Bushing Source?

#1

Post by Kuda »

Greetings!

Anyone got a source for good OEM (or good ones that'll fit OEM) tank shifter bushings? Finally got a good set of tanks but the bushing's shot and needs to be replaced before I can mount them. I tried my usual suspects but no dice. Even a part number would help, my old copies of the "Spare Parts Manual" didnt' have a seperate part number. Thanks,

I'm sure olddude.com would have what you need.

He's on my list, bought many hundreds of parts from him, but I always need a part number to order from him unless I see him at Oley, in which case the lady that works with him (his OL?) is really sweet and always either knows it outright or helps find a part number for me. :-)

All sorted now, Tom's NOS Parts, which I believe split off from NOS Parts to handle the American side of things, had 'em (and a bunch of other stuff I didn't remember I needed until I saw it, ahem) in stock and is shipping it today. Thanks once again, and thanks to Panhead for reminding me of the great look up charts located here. That reminds me, it's about time to donate to this site again...Done!
