Hi when you guys are painting your bikes original how do you get the lines on the tanks and fenders in the
right place when it is two colours . are there stencils ?.

Tanks/fenders are painted lighter color first, then taped, darker color second.
You can use a stensil for measurement but not for painting.

Painters tip of the week: You can't see both sides of the tanks at the same time!

I dont know what year you are trying to paint but I have a 1962 FLH with factory paint on the tanks. If you want I can take a pic and post it.
