Does anyone know of a person, business in the Portland Oregon area that can do a frame check, for alignment?
I will be able to touchyfeely my 58 frame, and the parts that I have been able to collect in Nov.
I have the manual that shows measurments for a general check, but would like to be a bit more precise than just a general check.
Thanks
George

Re: Frame
George!
Inspection doesn't get more precise than the Service Manual.
Horizontal planes such as the motormounts, swingarm axis, etc. just take straightedges and an eyeball, stepping back a few yards.
But I know a fellow who uses a lazer transit just to do the same thing.
Correcting the frame, however, is another matter.

Re: Frame
Thanks!!
First I am going to take a copy of the frame pages from my manual, and check it out to see if it is in a reasonably straight condition first.
Then, I would be off to WA.
