Frame plans

#1

Post by foolishdalit »

Does anybody know any good online resources for frame plans? I'd like to look at a few. Did a 12"-over springer Sportster softtail a number of years ago, this time leaning towards a stock springer hardtail panhead.

Man, that is an awesome site and I will be visiting it often while I'm getting my frame together.

I like the straight backbone frame he's got for an example except for one problem----I'm vertically challenged, only 5-9---and I'd really like to run apehangers with either a stock or close to stock rake. I really need to get the neck as close as possible somehow. Maybe bending the wishbone around the front jug a little bit?

My bad. I guess those would be called the downtubes that would bend around the frame----though, looking at more pictures I'm not so sure it would need to.
