Throttle cable bracket

#1

Post by Hauula Pan »

Sometimes when you know what the part is and sort of know where its supposed to go but not exactly, and, "Palmer's" book didn't help, you're extremely grateful there are knowledgeable, understanding & helpful people here that you know you can count on. So here's a simple question that's not so simple for a 1st time restorer. Does the throttle cable bracket go on the left side of the motor mount - the right side of the frame tab - or in between where I used to have that thick spacing washer when I ran an S&S with external cables? Sometimes its the little things that trip you up.
