Hi just sand blasted frame can any one tell me the best place to get correct thread chaser kit.

I use "rethreading taps" by Mac Tools. Probably the most expensive way to go, so perhaps not the 'best' for some. The rethreading taps are designed to roll damaged or pulled threads back into place without cutting new material, like a standard 'thread cutting' tap will.
Of course, I know I don't have to tell you to use compressed air to remove as much sand as possible from all the threaded openings.

Blasting abrasives will soon make any brand of tap a throw-away.
Tube brushes in a hand drill are fast, safe, and effective.
