stock neck rake? 1949 panhead

hi peeps my panhead( whch i bought off someone) has raked neck

and a wide glide. i just bought a new cast neck piece which i will be installing to have the stock frame look and rake and gonna partner it with a sportster front end a narrow one. what degree do you guys recommend i want it to use the bike daily is 30 degree neck angle good enough? or a 31? help thanks
