Enough that none interchange. The depth the shoulder is machined, or in some models not there at all, rivet hole size, etc.

I ended up purchasing a new drum with the sprocket from Paughco for my 59.

Here is the link to their website

The larger rivets are for indexing the sprocket location, the counter bore is for the drum...Mike

Hokey smokes Folks!

The Parts Catalog lists four different sprocket kits covering the DuoGlide era.

Nothing is certain until you lay the sprocket upon the drum... and inspect the rivet kits as well.

But meanwhile!...
Liberty offers a $5 bounty upon any well-used American Big Twin drum sprocket at Davenport each year.

(Except chromed.)

Didn't get even one this year.

hibuck, you could narrow it down by measuring the rivet holes. 41-59 used 1/8" rivets, 60-68? used 3/16"...Like Cotton said there are four different part numbers all starting with 41470-30, -58, -60, -62...Mike

Thxs Panacea so it would be safe to assume that if the small holes r 9/64 which r 64th bigger than 1/8 and large holes r 3/16 it would be a 41 thru 57 sprocket

The parts book doesn't give the dowel pin size but the 1/8" rivet did run from 41-59...Mike
