clutch adjustment

what is the measurement to adjust the clutch on my 59 pan I know normally its 31/32 but mine has a suntec balancer on it so it cant be the same

If your'e not sure, or even if you are, the usual method is to mark the pressure plate and the clutch basket with a reference line. Kick a few compression strokes and see if they are no longer aligned. Keep tightening the springs a little at a time until there is no more slipage.

jade---Just remember that 31/32-is not written in stone!--As Srap said until theres no slip/& there rotating evenly!,Sometimes you have to tighten 1,1 to 2 cliks more so everything is turning in a nice circle--NO WOBBLES@--31/32 is my starting point weather 5 or 3-stud clutch.---Respectfully---Richie
