clutch release lever wont spring back????

clutch release lever wont spring back????
So i go to pull in my clutch and shift into gear and the clutch does not release. i took off the rod to the lever from the mouse trap and the lever on the tranny i moves back and forth with no resistance any ideas??

pull off the derby cover and see if the nut on the adjustment rod backed off.

So i pulled the kick cover off this morning and it appears that the pushrod bearing decided to go on vacation permanantly. and my luck being how it is the local ind. shop is clised today. grrr no riding for me this weekend.

Yeah its the one on the clutch push rod. just calling it what the clymer called it. im assuming its the same thing.
