Countershaft speedo drive gear replacement

Hi and thanks in advance for any help or input.

I have 48-52 speedo that has been rebuilt. Upon installing in the bike it is not reading correctly the MPH or odometer. I have since figured out my tranny is a 63 with a jocky top lid.
No biggie at this point except the speedo drive gear is 13 tooth where I need a 11 tooth. I suspect the countershaft gear speedo gear is not correct either and should be 7 tooth.
My question is do you have to buy the countershaft gear with 7 tooth speedo drive gear or can I just buy a new gear and install it. It appears to me that the countershaft gear is one piece and can not be taken appart.

Help, I want my speedo to work right.

I just rebuilt my 4 speed with a RevTech gear set. The new gear set did not have a speedo drive gear on the counter-shaft gear cluster. The shop simply pressed my gear off the old gear set and pressed it onto the new one. (I think they might have used some Loc-Tite on it too.)

The HD part number for the 7 tooth drive gear is 35635-69.
