Post by hdmarkus »

Hello community,

I would like to install a circuit breaker to my FLH. What is the best place for installation?

Thanks
Markus

I'd suggest this:
app.php/knowledgebase/article?k=205

The breaker mounts to battery tray, at the bottom, front, inside corner. The inside of the tray has a hole drilled and counter sunk to accept screw # 1713 like so:

If you have a 67 your battery tray should have a place for it in the back. Some people bolt them right to the positive battery terminal.

Yesterday I had a deeper look behind the battery tray and surprise, surprise the original circuit breaker is already there. :D
