Servi-Car rear bearing help needed

#1

Post by RandyB »

I'm rebuilding the rear axle from my 1951 Servi-Car and I'm having trouble finding part#83154-32, the large thin washer that goes between the bearing insert and the axle housing itself. Some catalogs call it a lock washer. Can anyone post a pic of what they should look like? The ones I have are mangled up. Is it just a thin washer? Is there supposed to be a little tab or something to keep the bearing housing from moving? Can they be re-used? Thanks in advance

Yep, that's the first place I tried but they're out of stock.
