After looking at more pics online I am thinking if these guys are selling them they must be selling a lot of push rods also. Any of you guys buy any lately?

There is no way of knowing if any of these did, or did not, come in the same container....

New rod is here. I do not think a new arm will help me if it likely will be the same. The one I have was new in 2019. I am going to blue the bearing and put it together and check the contact pattern. Any thoughts on that? Really like all the stuff I get from you guys.

Again, you'll have to weld the upper hole shut, and make a new one to line things up properly.
Just buy a new arm and safe yourself the trouble..
The one you've got is very badly misaligned..

Be nice to go to the shop down town an look at a new one but to order one and a week later have two arms that are the same just don't work for me. If the pattern does not look good the fulcrum will be moved and checked till it will. thanks

I've bought more than one clutch arm over the recent years, none looked so misaligned as yours.
You want an even linecontact with the push rod (bearing), NOT a pointcontact with a misaligned fulcrum like yours...
Fiddle with it if you want, I think it's easier to just buy a new arm.

Does your line contact end up about center on the bearing?

It starts just below center; the more you pull the clutch arm in, the higher the line contact.
At 90 degrees it should be center.

While you're at it, pull the push rod bearing apart (just pull out the C-clip) and lube it properly.
That greasenipple on the arm just lubes the fulcrum, hardly any grease goes into the little bearing hole..

Yes first thing out of box I packed the bearing so I would not forget. I got about a 90+ percent contact at about .100 below the center on bearing. Think I should move fulcrum up a little? Thanks
