What is the correct rear hub for a 1963 Panhead?

What is the correct rear hub for a 1963 Panhead?

I need a new hub for a 1963 Panhead and want to make sure I pick the correct one. The one I removed from the bike is shown in the link below. Is this the correct hub? Or is it supposed to be a "Star Hub".

I believe that hub is a 67-72 , the star hub was used from 35-66...Mike

Yes, with the threaded cap, that is the later style.

K!

A correct hub assembly for '63 will have a zirque tapped into the "Star" itself.

Early versions did not.

Just a point of interest, that hub was used on Sportsters from 1955 to 1976.
