Can some one please tell me the correct numbers I need to have on 1960 fl duo glide frame.

A 1960 frame is date stamped on the right side of the top motor mount.
A September bike (first month) would likely have a 9C to 9H frame.
An August bike (last month) would likely have a 0B to 0H frame.
This is a six month window, sometimes frames older then six months were used, sometimes the frames were dated month year (like J0).
