The Duo-Glide replaces the Hydra-Glide designation in the F-Series. The Duo-Glide is so named for the addition of rear shocks and the already present front suspension.
Panhead changes: Redesigned horseshoe oil tank, several frame/fender changes for rear shocks, hydraulic actuated rear brake switch, brush generator with 2 unit regulator, single exhaust with optional dual system, cast aluminum intake O-ring, thicker cylinder head fins, tear-drop toolbox, "Step-down" straight leg cradle frame.
