New Side Panels443 viewsI hope the paper template was good because the new side panels are now freshly cut from 18 guage steel. Bottom is next, after fabricating all the inside brace straps.FlatHeadSixDec 18, 2010

Original 1945 Beehive Tailight449 viewsThe original light and all of its components except screws and gaskets (thanks OldDude). I left the pits in the cover but filled all holes that were rusted through, it matches the rest of the LE sidecar that it came off of, same patina. The original glass lenses cleaned up nicely, the top of the red lens has Harley Davidson cast into it but the gasket covers that up once assembled (darn). At least you can still read the Harley-Davidson in the top of the cover. And, IT WORKS, with a new 1158 bulb in the original socket.FlatHeadSixNov 30, 2010
