bobber410 viewsHalf way there! All the major things fixed, frame, wheels. I loved the look of this model Triumph front wheel so when one turned up I bought it. This was a major job to fit, had to make a new axle and spacers along with removing the brake lug from left to right on the forks. I know some people will say that was the wrong thing to do but for me it was the look I was after on this build. Paint and panel work was done in the kids play house, turned out ok for a back yard spray job.braveoneAug 27, 2011

john bobber361 viewsSo this is where I am at now, nearly done. Just waiting on an adaptor plate for the magneto and I should be able to fire it up! I changed the cast iron heads for some high compression AL ones. The seat was given to me by my brother in-law, he made it for his wla bobber but he is a larger guy than me and on long rides it was to uncomfortable. Unusual set up mounted from the rear tank mount and still uses the seat post so no bobber seat springs required, boddy clever design on his behalf.braveoneAug 27, 2011
