right case bearing washer clearance

#1

Post by bruak »

Hi :
assembling thae 64 flh bottom end and I notice that there is quite a bit of clearance between the outside pinion shaft bearing washer and the 11007 retaining ring .
that tells me that the bearing itself could move the same amount ?
What is the proper clearance , I find .010 to.020 in the book but there is more than that .
