Pan Oils....
Good 'ol Harley-Davidson 60 wt. Change it every 1,000 miles and the filter every 3,000 miles. AMF/Ride Safe

Forgot to add in last post: It gets a bit warm here in Florida so I also
run a Lockhart oil cooler. The best thing I every bought for the bike in
my opinion. For the tranny I use 90 wt. gear lube. AMF/Ride Safe

Like Fourthgear, I use Amsoil 60# synthetic oil and Amsoil 70-90# synthetic gear lube in the tranny. I switched to the Amsoil with about 5K miles on a rebuilt engine, and didn't experience any significant additional oil leaking/weeping. I believe the motor runs more quietly, and is smoother, and more than likely it runs cooler. Of course my belief is purely subjective - just the feeling I get.
