Excessive Oil from drain tube.

Just pick up a 63 Panhead which has been sitting for 20 years. Got it running, but having an excessive amount of oil draining from the drain tube. Any idea's where to start to limit the discharge?

It is sumped from sitting. It will cure itself if ridden regularly. No need to "limit" anything other than time sitting un-used.
Do a search here for sumping issues.
