Front lifter block leak - ideas on a good fix?

Even after exorcism, it still pukes.

Any ideas?

"no-return-hole" gaskets.
NOT having the oil hole keeps the guide from leaking on solid lifter conversion motors.

V-Twin. Part # (15-0236).

There might be something with crankcase and tappet block contact surfaces too, that none of us are aware of yet.
We don't use sealer. Just a gasket. Criss-cross to hand tight - less than 15 inch pounds. But, you can't get a torque wrench in under the fin, above the rear (inside) guide screw. I use an 8" breaker bar and a 5/16 socket with a 3/8 x 1/4 adapter.
