Even after exorcism, it still pukes.
Any ideas?

Front lifter block leak - ideas on a good fix?
no-return-hole gaskets
"no-return-hole" gaskets.
NOT having the oil hole keeps the guide from leaking on solid lifter conversion motors.
V-Twin. Part # (15-0236).
J&P #15-0236 same as V-Twin
Thanks - found this on another post here.

There might be something with crankcase and tappet block contact surfaces too, that none of us are aware of yet.
We don't use sealer. Just a gasket. Criss-cross to hand tight - less than 15 inch pounds. But, you can't get a torque wrench in under the fin, above the rear (inside) guide screw. I use an 8" breaker bar and a 5/16 socket with a 3/8 x 1/4 adapter.
