Re: 1942 WLC Wiring Diagram
Shawn,
The only wire diagrams published for the military 45's were for the WLA model equiped with the extra black-out lighting system and the 7-terminal ignition switch. The civilian WL's produced after the war used a 5-terminal switch but the wiring was changed in 1947 so it will not be exactly like your 1942. But, there is hope, the diagram you need was published in the 1940-1947 Big Twin repair manual, they were wired exactly like a civilian 1942 WL would have been. Here ya go....

Here is a WLC wiring diagram, the one that doesn't exist.

Re: 1942 WLC Wiring Diagram
Wow Robbie, where did you find that? Was that published in a Canadian Army equivalent to the U.S. Ordnance Dept. TM?
With the exception of the dual tail lights (separate brake light and tail light), it looks exactly like the 1946 and earlier diagram I pulled from the 40-47 BT shop manual.
thanks for posting the scan, I'll put a copy in the Knowledge Base.

Re: 1942 WLC Wiring Diagram
Mike,
It is in the WLC Operators Manual, Marked Built for Department of National Defense, Canada. Published by H-D, not a TM. My copy is dated June '43.
