Speedometer question

Post by 1950Panhead »

Can a 48-61 speedometer be converted to a 41-46 speedometer?
Can you remove the two faces from a panhead speedometer and install a single knucklehead face?

Basically every single part is different, the face, needle, number rollers, case, bezel, glass, etc. So no matter what you changed , it would never be right.

Like '41-'46, but still a little different. What are you trying to do? '41 to '46 speedo cores are fairly common as every military H-D used one!
