Leg shield decal

the patent decal question got me to thinking-
Has anyone ever seen the decal for the leg shields reproduced? Mine has just about completely disintegrated. In lieu of the actual decal, does anyone have a decal on a set that is in good to excellent condition who could take a picture that I can use to have a decal made up? Here is a pic from a set of shields on ebay recently- not a good one, but better than mine.....

I believe that decal is available from Old Dude in GA.
