Birch White paint....same as it ever was

Has the Birch White paint color changed over the years or has it always stayed the same?

I would say any color has changed. Odds are unless it is from the same batch, it may be slightly different. Paint formulations are constantly changing, and the same manufactures formulations have changed through the years especialy in the past 15 years as the VOC's have been reduced. But a good paint jobber can blend it to match any color you want.

I believe John Pierce at Color Write indicates there have been several different suppliers for Birch White paint. Each supplier's product has a different hue.

I just ordered paint from Antique Cycle Supply.
The Birch White used up to '64 is different than the modern Birch White.
