1951 Panhead - How to level frame?

#1

Post by dream-machine »

I have a 1951 Panhead with a rear frame rail 6 1/4" off the ground and front part of frame rail 7 1/4" off the ground. This is a stock frame with 3" rake bearings in the neck. How much of a rake on a set of triple trees would I have to have to make bike level or almost level?

Your post leaves too much to the imagination. There is no way to give you an answer without knowing what forks, what wheel and tire sizes front and rear, and what exactly you are asking. And why are there raked cups in the frame? Is this a Chopper, Bobber, Stocker, What?
