Sidecar Help - Rear mounting bolts

I have a 49LE connected to my 49EL. I need to know how the bolts for the rear mount for a rigid frame go together. There is a bolt, nut and castle nut. Here are options as I see it.

Bolt -FRame-nut-sc mount- castle nut

bolt-nut-frame-sc mount-castle nut

Anyone have a picture of what it should look like.

Just in case anyone else has the same question, I went with Bolt, frame, lock washer, nut, sc rear mount and finally castle nut and cotter pin.

I would still like to see a picture of an original install if anyone has one.
