How come the pan kicker arms are so different?

The one wiuth the rubber pedal is suposedly off a 1961 the other a 1959. Since theres only one OEM for either one in my book I'm wondering why there so different. Notice the slice that squeezes together is longer on one ,also the one with the pedal is thicker. Any one have any ideas?

The one with the little ears on it is for a 45. The other one is for a later model bike. Neither one you have is correct for your '59! The offset is too great in the big twin one.

This is a stock 54 and up kicker arm.As you can see its almost straight compared to newer ones or 45 kicker arms.

I'm pretty sure Hog54 meant what he said. The earlier 'kicker arms' are one-piece.

Yup. '53 and earlier are the one piece kicker arm/shaft. Hog54's photos are correct for '54 and later (at least until '64, and possibly beyond).

Yep, my bad, for some reason i saw a one piece arm. I have a one piece but I had to weld the end back on it.
