Description: how much would it raise the front end of the frame
I was never good at math I have a 3.25 / 19 Avon on my 48 springer which is 4 over if I went to a 21" wheel how much would it raise the front end of the frame. Would it be 1 1/2 " ? with a 4 over front end would this put to much of an angle or tilt to the engine in a 56 ridged frame? I like the look of the 21" rim and I would like to lace one to the stock hub
What do you think?

Re: What's the difference in tire height
03-
Overall Diameter/O.D. = Total Height from ground straight to very top.
Avon Speedmaster AM6 (your 19" tire)
325-19 = O.D. = 25.9"
Avon Venom AM41 (the 21")
120- 21 = O.D. = 27.9"
Subtract:
>27.9"
- 25.9"
-------
= 2" taller O.D.
So, take 1/2 of that = 1" taller from ground, w/21" Tire..
Why = 1/2 of O.D. IS on top, & does NOT Affect Frame Height.
For a Visual Aide: roll 19" front wheel (only) on a 1" thick board, & Look closely @ the bikes 'stance'.
That Is just what it will set like..w/21" fr tire...
If that IS acceptable to your tastes: Go for it!!
Hope this helps ya..... ;D
